6 Sharing Your Personal Data

6.1 Third-Party Service Providers

456jl engages third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements. These providers include: payment processors (GCash/Mynt, Maya, BancNet, and banking partners); KYC verification technology providers; game software providers and their associated RNG certification bodies; cloud infrastructure and hosting providers; fraud detection and anti-money laundering screening services; and customer support technology platforms. • Financial Transaction Records: Retained for five (5) years from the date of each transaction;
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the support interaction;
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of the consent and for one (1) year after consent withdrawal as evidence of consent management.

Where retention beyond these periods is required by a specific legal obligation or ongoing investigation, 456jl will retain the affected data only for the additional period mandated by such obligation.

9 Data Security

12 Cross-Border Data Transfers

456jl's primary data processing infrastructure is located in the Philippines. In certain circumstances, your personal data may be accessed by or transferred to processors located outside the Philippines — for example, game software providers headquartered in other Asian jurisdictions, or cloud infrastructure providers with regional data centers. Any such transfers are conducted in compliance with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act and are subject to contractual safeguards that require receiving entities to maintain data protection standards equivalent to those applicable in the Philippines. 456jl does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate data protection.

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

456jl reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address and via a prominent notice on the 456jl platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. The "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the 456jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
